Security with Technology & Responsibility:

• Site access via Face ID - advanced facial recognition system for secure, intact and controlled entry
• 24-hour CCTV surveillance (CCTV)
• Physical presence of a security guard during the evening hours
• Responsible manager with physical presence in the building every day

Hospitality:
There is the possibility to accommodate visitors, with temporary access to the site, if declared to the manager. Access is activated only for the period of the guest's stay.

Miele Washing Machines & Dryers (extra charge):

We provide commercial Miele washers and dryers in the building, which are operated via an app.
Tenants can choose the time and day that suits them, and are notified on their mobile phone when the wash is complete.
The service is offered at an extra cost, which includes detergent and fabric softener for ultimate convenience and cleanliness.
